Man in love with his best friend's brother

A man is in a some sort of love triangle because her best friend is in love with him while he like her sibling.  Paolo Ballesteros asks the man if he has already revealed his feelings to his best friend sibling.  He confesses that he is just using his best friend to get into her sibling.

Jose Manalo is trying to clarify and understand his situation by using a barbeque  and street food on a stick.  Upon further talk with Jose and Paolo, he reveals the truth, that he is in love with his best friend's brother both Paolo and Jose were speechless for a while and was trying to absorb what they heard from this guy.

Jose Manalo straightly told the man your a "Bakla" the crowd was chanting "you're caught" Jose asked when these feelings to his best friend's brother started?  According to the man the feelings developed instantly.

According to Jose if you're a male child and you like to play with a girl's toy then you will be a man when you grow up.
