Kourou, French Guiana, Club ULM 16-34 microlight plane flight school, A Standard flight for student passenger and instructor which takes about 20 minutes was cut short after the pilot notices a cat was in the wings of the microlight plane.  He said to her student passenger not to reach the cat and just sit still and not move at all, the pilot trusted the cat will not move, if no one will try to reach for her, the woman passenger just smiles and giggle throughout the short flight, that's what flying will do for some people and to add that a cat is with you on the flight will be such a surprise.

The cat is pretty much safe, according to the pilot because she was in the wing of the plane and not on the wing, the pilot reiterated.  There was a relief of tension when they landed and the radio exchange with the control tower was hilarious according to the pilot.  "I still do not know, if it got in after the pre-flight check or if I missed it" the pilot said.

Lesson learned "The importance of looking into the wings before each flight." And FYI the cat is fine and she will be the club's mascot.
