It was July 16, when Alden Richard was asked by the Eat Bulaga production staff to sit in the audience section and watch the Problem Solving segment and just do a "Handsome guy gesture or Pa Pogi" they just wanted to know what will happen. As the segment started they inserted Alden's handsome face beside Yaya Dub's Dubsmash shot, then Yaya Dub saw Alden Richards watching her and her reaction is priceless, the shows captured a very natural reaction of a woman upon seeing her crush (it was found out after several weeks that Maine Mendoza aka Yaya Dub has a real crush on Alden Richard).
What happen next is that the Eat Bulaga Dabarkads started to tease her, again a natural reaction when you saw someone you know having a "Kilig" moment. Maine Mendoza at that moment is always in character "A snobbish" personal assistant, but this incident broke her character and for a moment, a naturally funny scene.
The reaction of the audience and television viewers were positive and they decided to include Alden on the segment remotely in the studio doing Dubsmash of his own expressing interest to Yaya Dub that makes the viewers go crazily "Kilig" and social media hash tag were used to update fans and viewers.
Every day this Eat Bulaga segment is evolving because of the creativity and talent of Eat Bulaga's Dabarkads, the Dubsmash exchanges of the two became a Love Story of two people fighting for their rights to be together and they called it "Kalye Serye" a street television series, that went so popular throughout the country and was trending in social media these past weeks.
The noontime television street series is one of a kind because they don't have script its all impromptu or free-flow acting and it's done in the streets. Last Saturday incident added more flavor and excitement for the show, Yaya Dub passed out during her wedding scene with Frankie, that puzzled the fans and television viewers, what is happening is this true or just part of the script? That the magic and dynamic of this show, you really never know what will happen, even the stars don't know what will happen next.
