| Kalye Serye Award from Catholic Social Media |
Manila, Philippines, Last night was a very special night for the star of Eat Bulaga Kalye Serye featuring Maine Mendoza as Yaya Dub, Alden Richards, Wally Bayola as the following characters: Lola Nidora, DuhRizz and Rhianna, Jose Manalo as Lola Tinidora and Paolo Ballesteros as Lola Tidora.
The cast and the show were given an award from the Catholic Social Media their first ever award ceremony and they choose Kalye Serye because the show promotes good values, chastity, purity and traditional Filipino values.
ALDUB fans were also given a recognition in their effort to organize and promote Kalye Serye through social media site, particularly Twitter in which ALDUB hashtags currently holds the record of 25.6 million tweets.
Wally Bayola and Maine Mendoza accepted the awards in their individual characters, including the Rogelio's, however Alden Richards is not present to accept his award, because he is in Japan for his other show commitment.
The fans were delighted when Maine Mendoza gave a short speech to the crowd.
