Maine Mendoza was discovered by TAPE, Incorporated the company behind Eat Bulaga through her trending Dubsmash videos from Facebook and YouTube, they were amazed how creative and funny Maine Mendoza is, that they decided to call her for an audition for their newly created character Lola NIdora De Explorer and Maine role is to be a nanny to Lola Nidora.
The character Maine will play is Yaya Dub a nanny that never speaks, her way communication with other people is through Dubsmashing songs, a new character concept that's never been tried in television history globally.
Her character became a hit when she was partnered with Alden Richards and became an on-screen couple, that went viral online and in television.
