Arci Muñoz went viral on social media last week after a rumored nose and lip surgeries brought about by a photo she posted in her recent company function gig, netizens commented that she looks like Michael Jackson.

But according to Arci is all a makeup trick, that includes applying lipstick on the outer borders of the lips which make it look bigger and plumper.

She also mentioned that she does not care about what people may think of her and respects people who have undergone cosmetic surgery.
